Dear eHeads,
This is a rather late entry but I know my visitors are out there. I just wanted to share with you that on June 26th my kids and I were invited out to do our first cooking demo/book promotional 
presentation at a Country Club here in Fort Worth, TX. This was very big for us, almost like opening a new establishment and framing your first dollar bill. After that I know there's more good things to come.
Like I told you before, my own dad told me that trying to write and publish this cookbook wasn't an obtainable goal, that I needed to find something a little more realistic, more practical to make it in this world. Well, again I say this...don't believe the hype from non-supporters. If you want it, and you keep down the path towards that vision, let no one put up false detour signs, they'll lead you nowhere! And then your dream is lost, and you wind up just settling...LIKE THEY DID!
