Dear eHeads,

When I first started getting involved with the whole Jena Six movement I didn't realize or even prepare myself for the possibility of different opportunities that would and have crossed my path. I say that because I've met so many like-minded people and one of which I'd like to share with you. I believe this brotha offers a wealth of information to aspiring, and seasoned entrepreneurs.

Although my blog as well as his site is opened to all that visit, we both are trying to help elevate black entrepreneurs to be a strong network for our culture. I know that you will find the information on his site very useful to your business. So please visit the site, there is power in NETWORKING!

Dear eHeads,

I was recently asked what were my intention for Blackpreneurs.com and this blog. My very first thought when I started was to make it an online magazine for Black Entrepreneurs and I think its high time I make that happen. There are so many resources out there for Entrepreneurs and I want this domain to be able to make those available to the visitors of this site. I also want to help other BE's in sharing their stories and created a strong network. Keep checking back as things are going to start changing around here.

Dear eHeads,

I received an email the other day from a reader of Blackpreneurs.com and first of all I would like to thank Mr. Rich for your comments. We greatly appreciate the feedback and for you taking the time to come by and read this blog. He sent a link to us to share with you of 100 networking links he felt and I agree that can be very useful in you're entrepreneurial endeavors. Thank you again Rich, and please keep reading.

"Hi Latrice (Blackpreneurs),

We recently published "The Woman Entrepreneurs Toolbox: 100 Networking Resources, Guides and Links " ( http://www.businesscreditcards.com/bootstrapper/the-woman-entrepreneurs-toolbox-100-networking-resources-guides-and-links/ ). I figured I'd bring it to your attention in case you think your readers would find it useful.

Either way, keep up the great blogging!

Cheers,

Dear eHeads,

Just in case you didn't know about this little gem and you've been looking for this very thing to add to your website. While surfing the internet for instructions on how to display an icon in the address bar with your own logo I came across FavIcon from Pics. Check it out!

Dear eHeads,

Is there really a power in networking? Fo, sho! If there's one thing that sticks with me that my mother has shared with me is that there is a great power in networking. Come on, you've all heard the saying "it's not what you know it's who you know." That is so true and words I live by, and if you don't you should. I really love the online networking opportunities more so than the more traditional ways of networking. Being online for me is less intimidating, you're much more comfortable talking to complete strangers then you would be out in public. And I think corresponding with people online first and then setting up the first contact meeting goes a lot smoother. (That's my experience.) Just thought I'd share that bit of info...

Dear eHeads,

Let me tell you google has literally changed the way I do business. It is the most convenient, accessible, user-friendly tool for just about anything you need for your business. Gmail, notebook, and the calendar are my life. Gmail alone does things other free email services don't offer. Just a quick FYI for you!

Dear eHeads,

This is by far the best entrepreneurial resource I’ve found in a long time. This magazine gives you and I quote, “detailed examples and step-by step instructions from self-made millionaires.” They all have gone through the ups and down and highs and lows we all are struggling with. The people that are featured in the magazine list resources that they’ve used to build their businesses.
I highly recommend a subscription to this very powerful resource. If you’re looking for inspiration to keep you going with your own entrepreneurial efforts please do yourself a favor and pick up this little gem!
